7.What an unusual April!

I learn from newspapers that the problem of gunning down in American has become more and more serious recently. Just in the first week of April, there are almost 28 people dying from being shot, involved in exactly four cases .
In my memory, April should have been a month when we say goodbye to the cold winter and welcome the coming spring. It is the time full of sunshine with air mixed with the fragrant of the fresh flowers, the beginning of hope. However, it turns out to be a terrible damnation to all the Americans, followed by blood and tears. Under the background of recent recession , this phenomenon becomes a nightmare which put all in its shadow without any doubt.
I guess the reason why April has changed from a beautiful season into a terrible period is that people’s mentality may be influenced a lot by the transformation of seasons. This leads to the higher possibility for those who have depression or mental illnesses to commit something crazy. Actually , when it is in the cold winter, even though they may have the ideas of shooting others , they may not take action for the low temperature has reduced the motivation of doing so. However, when the sun ‘s temperature comes back, the warm spring wake everything up just like a tender mother does to her baby. They soon get rid of the exhaustion and won the strengths to make their dreams come true.
Another reason may be that April is also the month when students in American face a lot of pressure. The coming examination and all kinds of assignments may sometimes come out to be a burden which they cannot stand. Then it is very likely that those students who are angry and discontented will do something before the semester end.
Besides, the phenomenon may also results from the countless troubles brought by the recession . Since more and more people are faced with the danger of losing jobs or things like that, we may predict that similar cases will become even more common. In addition, the laws that limit the use of guns are not that strict .This may also be one reason. That is to say, the loose laws should also be to blame.
